Adult Classes
Academy Adult classes are open
classes (walk in) for ages 14 and older and pre-registration
isn’t necessary, however please call to confirm space in
class. Most Adult classes run year round with occasional
breaks, so please confirm class is still in session. You may
purchase a class card (for a discounted per-class price) or
pay as you go. Attire is at your discretion with the correct
footwear for each class type. Please call the Academy for
class pricing or with any questions.
Ballet, Jazz &
Tap
Classes are basic technique
classes for each dance discipline taught at a
beginner/intermediate level. Ballet classes are 75 or 90
minutes in length. Jazz and Tap are 45 min in length.
Yoga
Hatha Yoga with Erica Collins
of Middletown Healing Arts is all level class designed to
create balance and unite opposites while developing strength
and flexibility. This form of yoga uses physical exercises
(known as asanas or postures), designed to align muscles,
internal organs, joints and bones while pranayama (the
breath), brings openness and deep internal cleansing.

days and times.

ZUMBA is a fusion of Latin and
International music and dance themes, creating a dynamic,
exciting and effective fitness class! The routines feature
aerobic interval training using a combination of fast and slow
rhythms to tone and sculpt the body while executing easy to
follow dance steps. ZUMBA is easy, effective, different and
FUN! Anyone can do it, no dance experience necessary, so join
us today!
